Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
