Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items Policy

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns to cover handling, inspection and processing cost.

No restocking fee will be charged for defective items or errors on our part. 

Returns & Exchanges
For health and safety reasons, body wash products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please provide:

Product name

Reason for return or exchange

Return shipping costs for unopened/unused items are the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and packaging. In these cases, return shipping will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at wingspingsbings@gmail.com.
